With 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin, and 1 full bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Additional air beds if needed. The 5 bathrooms come equipped. A cozy living room upstairs with 2 twin beds a trundle style that provides extra sleeping space. Enjoy numerous amenities. Spacious, serene, luxurious, unique space. With 8,000 SF(5,500 top floors, 2500 basement area with movie theater, pool table and another kitchen and bathroom with shower near pool area. Private, immaculate, on 10 acres. With a stocked lake-catch and throw back, you can get poles and baits 4 miles away at academy sports and outdoors, huge chlorine pool, loggia to relax ,sauna, gym, rec room, and more. Close to everything, 16 miles to BNA, Nashville 20 miles, MTSU 18 miles. Great for family vacations, church service gatherings, retreats, meetings,celebrations, reunions,teams and more. Hourly rates available based on availability and need. Rectangular tables and chairs available for rent based on availability and amount. Inquire if needed.
