The property was great, it has a lot of amenities. Perfect place to host our birthday party or family outing. The place was a hit, we used the entire house. Pool and the pond where a hit, we enjoyed catching fish and making memories. So much fun and would use the place again. Some of the items to be aware of the bedrooms are spacious and plentiful but the mattress are not comfortable. Also the place didn't have any additional tables and chairs so you will need to bring them. Lastly having family coming in town it made really appreciate the space. We will rent it again

Thank you for your review. Just wanted to note extra table and chairs are listed in listing for rent and we didn’t see that you mentioned to have them ahead of time. Beds will always be hit or miss, never heard that before about them of course yet so until now but mattresses are all new and mainly just firm mattresses so want ever be able to be to everyone’s liking I’m guessing. However we are glad that we were able to accommodate the grill being out as we were advised same day, we would rather get out logistics ahead of time but we are so glad you all Enjoyed and Happy Birthday to your son again!
