Welcome to our relaxing and creative retreat just steps away from the famous Swamp Rabbit Trail, which takes you into downtown Greenville or Travelers Rest. Nestled in the thriving and family friendly neighborhood, San Souci, a quick drive to DT and an easy commute for places like TR, Clemson and Asheville.
This creative experience boasts walls adorned with local artists, a comfy and covered porch, an oversized chess board in the front yard, board games galore, a kids playground down the road and a spacious backyard adorned with twinkly lights and a fire pit. With 2 bedrooms and a full gorgeous bath, our beautifully designed home offers comfort and style for family visits and getaways.

-Full bath with clawfoot tub and separate shower, for ultimate relaxation
-Memory foam mattresses for ultra-comfy sleep and organic bamboo mattress covers
-Big-screen TV in each room and the living room
-Washer & dryer in convenient laundry nook
-Stocked kitchen utensils and cookware
-Outdoor oasis with covered porch, grill, fire pit & fenced-in backyard
-Private driveway with parking for 2+ cars
We don’t use any harmful products or artificial fragrances in our cleaning or washing.
Families and kids are welcome, we have a pack and play and chest of toys if needed. San Souci has a playground about 10 houses down from us that can be used by anyone. Come make our home your own and enjoy all that beautiful Greenville has to offer.

Greenville is my husbands hometown and I am from San Antonio, TX. We moved to Gville from Portland, Oregon, so we love both coasts. We’ve been full-time on the road and love to travel, so being able to host fellow travelers is an honor.
Why they chose this property
San Souci is such a special part of Greenville, the houses have character and so do the people that live there. It’s safe and kind, with a community garden, open to the neighborhood and also has music in the garden once a month. Coffee shop with baked items available a couple blocks from the house, great food a quick drive, it’s always a good time.
What makes this property unique
This property is nestled in the heart of San Souci. It has been decorated with character and unique finds, hoping to make it feel like staying in a little museum. There is a chess board outside to enjoy the seasonal weather of Greenville, along with a covered porch. A Fenced in backyard with grill and fire pit means outside is comfy and welcoming.
