I did not interact with the host. Property is lovely and very adequate. Great location. It is very clean. Well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again!
Everything you could need for the perfect vacation! The house is warm and inviting in a beautiful location. Robert was wonderful to deal with and has made sure the house has everything you need. The only down side to the whole vacation was we didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much!

Stay away..rodents, better options
DO NOT STAY HERE. I spent my whole first day cleaning, vacuumed 3 times. Day 2, bagels on counter eaten by rodents, this trend continued until I bought traps and caught 3 of them. Vacasa said they'd drop off traps, but didn't. Offerred to send a pest guy, I said not to, to wait until we left in 2 days. They did anyway...guy walked in on own, freaked out my daughter in law upstairs with granddaughter. I spent everyday dealing with Vacasa with no outcomes or real assistance. Their solution was to simply wait until we left. If you use this listing, be prepared to clean rodents excrement before coffee, clean a ton on your own, and apologize daily to your friends and family that you've invited. Manchester has so many better options, even if pricier.

Hello Dean, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the rodent issue you encountered and the distress caused by the unannounced pest control visit. We understand how upsetting this situation must have been for you and your family, especially without timely assistance. We reviewed the maintenance report, which details all the communications you had with us, and we are glad that our local team addressed them promptly. Additionally, we have issued compensation to the credit card on file for the cost of one night to make things right. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience in the future.
