About this property
In Town Delight!
In town and convenient to all Manchester has to offer, we are within walking distance to restaurants and shops. This is the perfect place to base your Vermont getaway.
This is our home, and is our newest listing. It comes with the same love and dedication to detail we have always given to the barn in the back and our lake cabin as well that we have been renting for a number of years now.
Enjoy, unwind, and relax.
The space:
Our historic home is walking distance to Main Street, restaurants and shops. Our three bedroom, two bathroom house is comfortable with sophisticated decor, and very welcoming!
Close to skiing at Bromley & Stratton; near the Appalachian Trail and Long Trail (Manchester is a Designated AT Community) for hiking enthusiasts. It is also an easy walk up to the famed Northshire Bookstore or Pastime Pinball for non-athletic outings.
Our living room has 56" tv at one end—perfect for movie watching—with comfortable couch/seating area at the other. Hardwood floors throughout. The dining room comfortably seats 8. We have booster seats for young ones, as well as toddler silverware & sippy cups! There are toys for toddlers, and board games for everyone.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, and is fun to cook in with a speedy induction cooktop and counter seating for kibitzing. The pantry has all the staples you could want and an extra sink for prepping bouquets or quick chilling wine!
All our beds are extremely comfortable with cotton linens and fine bedding. Sonos music system plays throughout the house. The driveway is of ample size for multiple cars and there is a level 2 EV charger in the car port.
The backyard is bliss with a firepit, gas grill and outdoor stone patio with dining area. In summer, you can enjoy sit and enjoy the flowers in the vegetable garden while reading a book or chatting in the patio seating area.
Guest access:
You will have access to whole house, minus the basement. There is a pantry off the kitchen with shelf space for guests and lots of cooking essentials you are welcome to - flours, oils, etc. The backyard is shared with guests in the barn out back. Plenty of space for all, though!
