Just got home and can't wait to go back to Gary's. The location is unbelievable and the views are nonstop. We even had a pretty strong thunderstorm and even that was amazing! It's close to everything and perfectly out of the way at the same time. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. Thank you so much for everything!

The sunsets from the sunroom are out of this world!!! It was our first time on the bay side, the water and sand aren’t quite as pretty as the Atlantic side. But the water is warmer, calmer, and much easier for family swimming. The beach doesn’t get too crowded and it’s literally steps from the front door. The yard was perfect for bringing our dog (who also loved morning beach walks). Plenty of space, easy to find, convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach, quick walk to Harpoon’s by the bay, and short drives to other Cape May activities. The house was clean, AC is ice cold, great view of the sunsets.

Family vacation

We loved the closeness to the beach! The property was so nice and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs! Gary was very responsive to an issue we had while staying and we really appreciated his care and kindness. We will definitely book here again!

The view of the sunsets are out of this world and my dog can enjoy the bay beach. This is our second time staying here and it is falling apart worse than the last time. It’s hard to beat the views though.

Wonderful time in Cape May

Stayed in the cute cottage with my two adult daughters and our two dogs. It was amazing to be across from the beach and to be able to have the dogs on the beach.

Very nice stay and super dog friendly!

Beautiful Sunsets!

The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The location and unobstructed view of the bay, fantastic. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Terrific location across the street from the beach. Wonderful views of the sun setting over the Delaware Bay. Beautiful beaches with calm water. Dogs welcome.

Stunning sunset view

The property was adorable, a real shore cottage. The view of the sunset from the sun room was just “knock-your-socks-off” stunning The town was walkable and very friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Best sunset view ever

Perfect place to stay for the best sunset ever. Any questions I had owner responded immediately Townebank is a quiet friendly town. Only a view miles from Cape May Panoramic view of the water private beach is very nice

Our second visit

This is our second time staying I’m on Gary’s property last year we rented the grey cottage and this year the front house. The sunsets and solitude really can’t be beat. My dog loves it here as well.

Sun Set View for Shore

We have rented this property three times now and it never disappoints. The Sun Room is spectacular. It could use a few cosmetic enhancements, but other than that, it's clean and perfectly located.
