Sandy Gull Too is a beautifully decorated home located in the gated community of Palm Harbor in Orange Beach. Palm Harbor features a fishing pier on Cotton Bayou, a tennis court, and an outdoor swimming pool (not heated). There is deeded beach access directly across the street.



Home Features:



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats eight, with two barstools for additional seating. The kitchen also includes a Keurig, a wine cooler, and a countertop ice maker.



• Features a sunroom with a new bumper pool table for family fun.



• Primary bedroom on the second floor with a king-sized bed. The adjacent primary bathroom features a large jetted tub. Located on the same level as the kitchen and living area.



• Bedroom 2 (ground floor) with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom.



• Bedroom 3 (ground floor) with a jack-and-jill bathroom. The middle bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, plus a twin-sized bed. (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Bedroom 4 (ground floor) with king-sized bed, shares jack-and-jill bathroom with Bedroom 3.



• Large laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer



• Booster seat with tray and Cosco Play Yard (sheets not included)



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Guests must provide their own propane for the grill



• While the assigned boat slip/lift is unavailable for guest use, you may tie up at the dock during the day only.



• Fireplace is not available for guest use

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
