We welcome special groups, Proms, weddings, church and corporate retreats, homecomings...etc "Special rates may apply".

Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

Words can't do this house justice. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so look at these beautiful pictures of this incredible 3500 sq.ft. house that can sleep up to 40 (FORTY) people. Let the pictures do the talking. TWO living rooms, each one is 20 X 40 ft.with TWO open concept gorgeous kitchens and TWO dining rooms that has wrap around 22 windows so you see, feel and hear the majestic sound of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. 6 large and beautifully designed bed rooms with custom built in XL bunk beds that are designed to sleep adults or kids. Unique nautical designs to give the feeling of the ocean and the sea while you have the most comfortable night sleep on our 8" cool gel memory foam mattresses. We truly went over and above the norm to give you the most wonderful experience you could ever have in a beach house. Oceanic nautical art work decorate the walls through out the entire house. The kitchens are open with custom cabinets that have glass doors to let you see what inside which is the very colorful dishes, pots and pans and top of the line utensils. 4 Bathrooms with vessel sinks and custom built showers that have large refreshing shower heads that will definitely make you love the feeling of clean again.

Top of the line large capacity washer and dryer to accommodate all your laundry needs.
The wrap around balconies will give you the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico as you stand on one of the highest balconies on the entire Island. The front balconies measures nearly 2000 sq.ft. in addition to that all the rooms have their own access to the wrap around balconies of this 3500 sq.ft. home, come see for yourself. AGAIN, LET THE PICTURES DO THE TALKING...PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES .

Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee for pets brought to the property. Pet fees are determines as follows and must be approved by owners:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs: $100 per pet
Pets weighing more than 20 lbs: $150 per pet

This was a great house for a large group. There were so many options for seating, sleeping, and dining to allow our group of 20 to feel at home. The two kitchens and two living areas allowed for the kids to have an area they could use and the adults to have an area they could use. We had a great time here!

I actually looked my stay. There was enough room to accommodate the 40 family members. The 2 minutes walk to the beach and the beach life was everything and a whole lot more. Wonderful place, we will be back!

We came for our mom’s 75th birthday with all of our extended family. The house was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the snow cone place down the road is amazing! We had everything we needed. From prior reviews, I read no spices, but there is a full spice rack. If you are thinking of grilling, the grill is charcoal.

Just as portrayed!

The house was amazing! It had 2 identical floors with enough space to house a group of 30 with room to spare. It had an outside shower to wash sand off from the beach & ample parking. The lower deck was covered so it was great during the rain. The walk to the beach was maybe a block so easy access for sure. It isn't a through street so there was any traffic which makes it good for smaller children. It was a great property and I would highly recommend for sure.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay! We had 30 people in our group and room for everyone. The beach was just a short walk away and we could see beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the porch. The kids loved the bunk beds and the colorful rooms.

Great Experince

Our stay was wonderful. We had a good family reunion. We were about 38 people including children of all ages. And we enjoyed it so much it’s so close to the beach like it says in the description. And the house was nice we all got nicely and still had space. We all enjoyed our stay and we are very happy.

Awesome house right by the beach!

This house is huge with 2 kitchens & 2 laundry rooms. Our big party was very comfortable. It’s literally like 5 houses down from the beach so a short walk which was very convenient. Loved the shower outside to rinse off sand also. Very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this property!

A great property only a short walk to a beautiful beach

We booked this property for a family reunion (10 adults and 11 kids) and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids LOVED the boat themed beds. With a full kitchen both upstairs and downstairs, we were all able to cook without getting in each other's way. A beautiful beach was only a very short walk away and the huge wraparound porches were the perfect way to end the day watching the sunset.
