The oversized custom kitchen is designed for gathering and is fully stocked, including spices, making it easy to prepare and share memorable family meals. The open floor plan creates a bright, welcoming space where everyone can relax together.

Retreat to the master suite and indulge in the spa-like bath with a deluxe walk-in shower. Spend sunny days fishing, swimming, kayaking, or lounging on the newly renovated and enlarged dock on Watts Bar Lake, a large reservoir on the Tennessee River. The dock allows you to safely secure your boat during your stay. In the evenings, gather around the beautiful stacked-stone fire pit, set in a spacious open area with plenty of room for everyone to relax, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the night sky.

The home also features a large garage with convenient two-car indoor parking, along with ample space to park a boat trailer, making it easy to bring and enjoy your watercraft.

You can book with confidence at this property. Exactly as described. Family of 4, stayed 8 nights. Very clean. House is well laid out. First floor master with 3 bed up top is ideal for families. Dock is brand new. Water deep enough to jump/dive right off end of dock. Kids loved it. Rented boat multi days and was able to dock at property no issues. Lake was clean and warm. Very relaxing. We did day trips to Knoxville and Chattanooga an hour to each. Great location. Host allowed early check in but no need to communicate further as everything worked on the home no issues at all. We had a great relaxing vacation and id highly recommend this property. If staying in TN again id book this place again without hesitation. Thank You very much.

Everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better home to stay in while we got some much needed relaxation. Beautiful view and the house had everything you could ever think you might need was readily available. It wouldn't have been better if I'd teleported my own house to the lake.

Perfect Place for Lake Trips

The house is wonderful and has anything you need, kitchen is supplied well with plates, pot and pans and small appliances. The walk to the fire pit and dock is very easy, just and all around great place.
