The Stableman's Loft is located in the heart of downtown Kingston within easy walking distance to Market Square, the Wolfe Island ferry, the Slush Puppie Place, Fort Henry, Confederation Park, City Hall, both Hotel Dieu and Kingston General Hospitals, Queens University and RMC as well as all of the restaurants, cafés, bars and shops the nicest downtown in Canada has to offer. You couldn't be closer to the action! In addition there is a cafe and sandwich shop on the ground floor to feed you!
Despite being right downtown, The Stableman's House Loft is located just off the main busy streets and is a spacious 2 story apartment with a large open concept living room and fully equipped large kitchen that continues out onto a huge private and secluded back terrace. Kingston’s distinct signature limestone walls are featured throughout the space, lending a sense of history to this fully renovated and inviting home. It has a private master suite and a loft bedroom with privacy curtain on the top level as well as in-suite laundry. On the lower level there is a 3-piece bathroom with soaker tub.
The entire apartment consisting of two floors and the private back terrace are yours to enjoy when you stay with us.
Guests can contact us 24/7 to ask for assistance or advice. But in general, interaction with our Guests is limited and privacy is honoured.
The Stableman's House Loft is located within the main downtown commercial district of Kingston. Everything the city has to offer is almost literally at your feet. However, even with being deep in its heart, its location, just off the main street, means that its quiet and peaceful when you need it, and quick and easy to get to the action when you are ready! You can leave the house 5 min before the Wolfe Island Ferry is scheduled to leave and catch it no problem!
Your feet are all you need when you stay at the Stableman's House Loft. Everything is in easy walking distance. However if you do want to leave the downtown for some strange reason....The Bagot Street Bus transfer station is a block away.
New to Kingston is DropBike - Its the city's bike share pilot program. Its cheap and awesome and you should totally check it out! Once saddled up you can pick up the newly extended and beautiful KP trail that winds its way to Pembroke just outside the house or just cruise the paths down by the water or hop on the free ferry and go ride around Marysville on Wolfe Island. Pay Parking is available in the lot right across the street as well as on the street in front of the building during business hours Monday to Saturday and free after 5:30pm and all day Sunday and Holidays.
