Spacious Midtown Family Home
Nestled on a quiet corner lot, in a "city central" location. “Family Friendly” neighbourhood with mature trees/many parks and green space. Minutes from the 401, and our downtown. Walking distance to shopping, grocery stores and parks. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen for 6, as well as a dining room, overlooking the backyard. Patio doors leading to a private, fenced yard. Three bedrooms, with an oversized primary bedroom, and private suite. Additional queen bed provided downstairs for more sleeping space. Free washing machine and dryer use as well! A perfect home for family, or friends, to vacation/visit. We pride our neighbourhood for being quiet, safe and “family friendly”…so we do ask our guests to be respectful of neighbours, and our home! Enjoy!!
