This property is well-located, with shops within driving distance. It is family-friendly, but there is no access to a backyard. There is another unit in the basement of the semi-detached home. Soundproofing between units not the best, and there is a shared parking lot with the basement unit.

The area was very quiet. The port and downtown area is a 12 minute drive. The house was as shown in the picture. We found that it was a bit pricy.

The rooms were surface clean. The sink was was dirty in the kitchen. There were no dishcloths or tea towels. We bought some and left them. The dishwasher worked but the racks were broken, so they were difficult to pull out and put back. The beds were poorly made. There were not enough towels and face cloths. The holiday was still very nice and the price was fair. The venues in and around Kingston were well worth the trip.
