The Space:

Step inside this single-level Spanish-style home, where original hardwood floors and graceful arches create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The main house is designed for gathering, with a spacious living room that flows into a fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with a professional oven and a separate drinks fridge.



The main house contains two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for flexible sleeping options. For added privacy, a separate, detached structure in the backyard houses the third bedroom—also with a queen bed—and its own full bathroom. This unique layout is ideal for groups or families who appreciate having their own space.



The backyard is a true private retreat. Spend your days soaking up the California sun by the sparkling pool or unwinding in the evening in the jacuzzi. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring LA. Please note that pool and jacuzzi heating are available for an additional fee.



The Neighborhood:

Your stay places you in a quiet residential neighborhood in Pico-Robertson, offering a peaceful escape while being incredibly central. This area is known for its vibrant culture and diverse culinary scene, with dozens of kosher bakeries, delis, and notable restaurants just a few blocks from your door.



The world-famous shopping of Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive is just a 10-minute drive away. You are also conveniently close to the museums along the Miracle Mile, including LACMA and the La Brea Tar Pits, both within a 15-minute drive.



Easy access to major boulevards means you can reach West Hollywood's vibrant nightlife or the beaches of Santa Monica in about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The neighborhood offers the perfect blend of a tranquil home base with the best of Los Angeles right at your doorstep.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the property to monitor entryways and common areas only.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.



Please note: the 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located separately in the back, detached from the main house.



Due to the high cost of natural gas in Los Angeles, pool heating is available at an additional $125 per night (minimum 3 nights).

Jacuzzi heating is also available for an additional $50 per day with no minimum stay required.



We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property. Your information will always remain private and confidential..
