Tucked away in the scenic 3,000-acre Gateway Mountain nature preserve, Fireside offers the perfect escape for families and friends looking to relax in the tranquility of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This cozy yet spacious home sits on 5.2 private acres, providing a peaceful retreat with modern comforts and nature all around. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub on the screened porch, unwinding by the wood-burning fireplace, or grilling under the stars, Fireside Retreat is the ultimate getaway.
Fireside Retreat accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main level features an open-concept kitchen and living area with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs, the entire loft is a private master suite with a large closet and en-suite bathroom.
One of the highlights of this retreat is the large screened-in porch, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. This space includes a hot tub, a comfortable couch, a fire table, and a large TV, making it an ideal spot to unwind while taking in the peaceful natural surroundings.
For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, the property is equipped with a smoker, a gas grill, and a charcoal grill. The community of Gateway Mountain also offers access to Lake George, where guests can swim, canoe, and enjoy catch-and-release fishing, as well as a private waterfall park.
Guests have full access to the home and its 5.2 private acres. This includes the screened-in porch with a hot tub, fire table, and outdoor TV, as well as the outdoor fire pit, full kitchen, and living area. Within the community, guests can visit Lake George and Standing Rock Waterfall Park for additional outdoor activities. Parking is available on-site, and the home is easily accessible by car.
