The main floor boasts an open layout, complete with a welcoming entryway featuring a day-bed, a dining area, bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The main level also has a primary bedroom. Once you venture downstairs, via outdoor steps, you will discover a room with twin bed and TV connected to two other bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The bedroom to the right is a queen bedroom and to the left is a bedroom with two twin beds.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive deck and attached floating dock, where you can swim or simply relax while taking in the stunning lake views. The boathouse provides easy access to the cool waters, perfect for fishing or just enjoying a refreshing dip.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: stairs leading to boathouse are located in the lower yard area.

Flee infested and absolutely disgusting. We had to take off our shoes and socks off before we got back in our car as we immediately left and cancelled.... It should also be noted that upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside. Overgrown yard and did I mention the flees????? I would unlisted this property for rent immediately!
