Two Bedroom Condo on the Beach @ Phoenix East *5th floor

Are you packed yet? This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps six is located on the 5th floor at our beautiful Phoenix East property, with Gulf front and jetty views.

Kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances, granite countertops and seating for two at the kitchen breakfast bar.

Dining room has seating for six.

Living room offers flat screen tv and queen-sized sleeper sofa. Condo has tile throughout.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with flat screen television, en suite bathroom with extended vanity, walk-in tiled shower and private access to balcony overlooking the gulf.

The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds with flat screen tv as well as its own bathroom with shower/tub combo.

There is plenty of seating for you and your loved ones to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and boats leaving and returning to the pass each day from your balcony.

*Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Not worth the money

If you like to pay a lot of money for a condo that’s old and in a state of disrepair, this is for you. The front door did not lock properly, the beds need to be in a local crack house, my sons had to jiggle the faucet to get the shower to work, mold poured out of the sink faucet. Towel bar fell apart. The list goes on and on. Best thing was the view and the balcony.

The room we were in was just ok to me, it definitely could have been much cleaner, there was lots of dust under furniture that could be seen when the sunlight lit it up, dust on televisions and such. The amenities in the kitchen were far below what I normally encounter when I pay over $500 per night to stay. We cooked breakfast every morning and there was no spatula, none of the knives were very sharp so it was hard to cut meat, I actually ended up using my pocket knife. I just thought it was bare minimum for a very expensive condo.
