Cozy apartment 48 m2 located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to the city center with view .
With free Wi-Fi , kitchen , air condition , breakfast .

We provide a double bed in the bedroom with white blankets, fresh towels, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, bake, coffee machine and more), iron, hairdryer and Wi-Fi accessible from each room.

You can enjoy books from our library and have your favorite drink at the sitting room.
And after your city tours restore your energy at the balcony watching the view and making new plans for the day

The neighborhood is one of the quietest with trees and green and it has all the amenities you might need (super market, grocery store, pharmacies, night life, transportation means etc) as well as it is only 5 minutes away from the metro station Ano Patisia.

Please check all electrical appliances and water heater buttons before leaving the house .
No smoking inside the apartment and quiet hours from 15.00 to 17.30 and 23.00 to 07.00.

Why they chose this property

This apartment used to be my home for 7 years and as a student I enjoyed its location a lot!
It is located within 5 mins walk from the underground train station and the very centre of Athens (Monastiraki square) is only 5 stops away (10-12 minutes).

If sometimes you choose to stay in the neighbourhood, it has all amenities within easy reach - supermarket, bakery, café/bar and coffee shops.
Also this area is very quiet and safe .
