The second bedroom is perfect for the kids but can also fit adults with two twin beds with each having their own TV. Both bathrooms featuring showers and a lovely living room with a pull out queen bed. Convenient amenities like coin laundry, general store, ice cream shop, water park, swimming pool, fishing pond, arcade, and mini golf all within a 5 minute walk. With courtesy WiFi, this wonderful retreat is perfect for guests looking for a welcoming stay. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. As it says in the headline, complimentary usage of our golf cart is included in your stay. You MUST be 25 years of age or older to drive the golf cart! NO EXCEPTIONS! Cover The Golf Cart
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not supply linens (towels/sheets/pillow cases) They can be provided for you for a $125 additional fee or you can bring your own.
Ocean Lakes charges $15 a day parking fee per car, its $12 a day if you respond to their email 10 days or more before your stay.
Each rental agreement is authorized 2 vehicles however, only one will fit in the driveway. The other will have to park in the overflow lot.

Cute. The golfcart was a plus! The AC worked great. The big fridge with ice-maker is nice. A few minor issues, but overall, fine place. We love Ocean Lakes and had a great time.

Our kids are in sports and jobs, it is just tough. We thought we would share our love with some good people! So take good care of our baby!

Why they chose this property

Ocean Lakes is such a great community. We have been coming there well before we purchased this house 4 years ago. This is the first year we decided to rent it out. We owned motorhomes in the past and would come down to camp when our kids were just toddlers! There is so much to do for a family. You never have to leave the grounds!

What makes this property unique

We have put so much effort into our house to make it our own. Guys, I had to put in an 80 inch screen TV to watch football on Sundays when we were there for the weekend. I guarantee there is no other house in Ocean Lakes that has an 80 inch TV in it! We love the location because it is just minutes from where all the action happens at the water park and Sandy Mart with the ice cream shop and restaurant all right there. Just a few more minutes and you are on the beach! We love our house and where it sits. We believe you will too!
