Property was good for our two night stay. Had an issue with the door code but was able to get it cleared up. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Whilst we could have done with a few more bowls in the kitchen (very minor criticism) our host was great with responding to us and providing all the necessary information. The house was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Would definitely recommend this VRBO and would happily stay here again.

Pillow gave me a crook in my neck there is only 1 night stand in the master bedroom. Check in instructions are simple but way different from check out. It was a nice stay I loved this house has no carpet and we all sat at the dinner table.

Overall decent place to stay. Some maintenance (guessing its a 1960's home) and landscape issues to address. Bring your own pillow if you don't like a fat hard pillow. Bed's were comfortable though. Nice kitchen and one nice bathroom. Second bath needs updates. Would be nicer with an outside sitting area in the back.

Property is an older house but has been remodeled and mostly in good shape. Dryer is a bit noisy and needs a belt replaced. Internet is an Xfinity hotspot I paid 10 for a month access. But speed is horribly slow. Kitchen could use a few more items (toaster, a few more utensils, etc) but we made due and all was well. One small electrical issue Simeon came and fixed within a couple hours. We ended up extending our stay twice as location was very convenient. Overall very satisfied.

Check in was great and the host was amazing. It was a nice house to stay in the only thing missing is outdoor furniture. The weather was nice and we wanted to sit outside. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you Simeon for letting us stay at your home.
