Contemporary spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home off South Ocean Blvd near Albany Resort (South West Nassau). Fully equipped with a private pool and all amenities - turn key. Located 15 minutes from the airport and Baha Mar hotels and casino on Cable Beach strip, 20 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to Paradise Island. Ten minutes from area attractions like Stuart Cove's Dive facility, Jaws Beach, Lyford Cay Marina and Golf Course, restaurants, food stores and churches. This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but close to area attractions, dining and nightlife. Just five minutes from Albany Resort, travel south on South Ocean Blvd., 2nd corner left after Frank Watson Hwy - Kaufman Drive, go to T-Junction, turn right, go to end and look for Davis Drive. Your oasis awaits! Great for relaxation, remote workcation, yacht and film crews and short term rentals. Home is professionally cleaned according to health guidelines. Beautiful home

We had an amazing stay here. The location was quiet and well kept. The home was well furnished and kitchen well equipped. We especially enjoyed BBQing by the pool and swimming. Several beaches were only a few minutes drive as well as grocery stores. Our hostesses was manager were easy to contact if needed and a pleasure to communicate with. We will try to stay here again on our next visit to Nassau.

Beautiful Nassau

Multiple years my accommodation were above and beyond my expectations! This year 3/4 of the home was remolded! Great home great people great location if you’re staying at Albany or Liford cay.
