My husband & I were in town to move my Freshman daughter into the dorms at FSU. The place was ideal and conveniently located to the campus - very short walk to her dorm! It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the upgrades -new kitchen, 2 HUGE tvs and the smart appliances in the bathroom! Nicely decorated throughout! Host was very helpful and good with communication. Would recommend!

Great property very close to FSU. We stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very clean, easy check in, comfy bed. Be aware that the room really only sleeps 2 people as there is only one king bed. The sofa is large and can sleep someone, but it is not a pull out sofa. Anyone extra will sleep on the inflatable bed that is there. It is right next to the Pensacola parking garage which can be very noisy.

The place is better than the photos. Great remodel of the unit—well thought out and appointed. Aiden was great to work with on even the smallest questions. Everything so clean and neat. A few extras were stocked for the things we forget while traveling—phone charger, shampoo, lotion, nice quality towels, etc that seem normal in a hotel but are frequently lacking in a rental. Also quality coffee and even oat milk to save me a trip to the store. Location is within minutes to the FSU campus and stadium! I look forward to staying here again!
