We have stayed here three times so far in the last few months. Absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs to come in town to see our son play baseball at FSU. Very convenient, clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was just perfect for our pups too. An added plus. Would highly recommend it! Will definitely be back!

It was just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay with our pup. Very nice fenced backyard and it was in a location where stores were only a few blocks away. Definitely would book again.

Great Clean Stay

This house had everything week needed for a week’s stay in Florida. Kitchen was fully stocked and bedroom and bath was clean with ample towels and toilet paper. Having a washer and dryer stocked with detergent and a fully fenced in backyard for my dogs was icing on the cake. We will certainly stay here again!

The best home away from home!

I have to say this was one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had! The property was clean, spacious, equipped with all the essentials you can think of; and most of all; comfortable! The location is conveniently located in the heart of Tallahassee and there are plenty of shopping complexes near by. I will definitely be utilizing their services again. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you are in the Leon County area, I highly recommend you give them a try :)

This property is simply perfect ! Beautiful , exceptionally clean and furnished !!! Great location. Also it was just the perfect size !!! It was only me and my spouse traveling with our dogs so having just a small apartment with all the amenities and a fully fenced yard was simply amazing!!! The whole experience was great !!! Everything beat our expectations! You are so close to everything, very safe and friendly neighborhood. Condo was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable we slept 9 hours a night! Lovely Clean Cozy Apartment

This was a perfect place to stay while staying weekend in Tally. Super clean and felt safe. Everything was brand new. Great closet space and storage. I was sharing a car and you can walk to grocery store or restaurants if needed. I was working remote and set up at dining table and good wifi.

Our Favorite

We were looking for a place that was roomy, and also warm and inviting. We take our pets with us, whenever we can…and this was the perfect spot. The neighborhood is peaceful., and this little spot is tucked away in the middle of it. Not to mention, there’s a beautiful private backyard area, for your pets to play…etc. There are restaurants, shopping places (Marshalls, Winn Dixie…etc. within a few minutes from the townhome. We look forward to staying again.

Great small until, perfect for two

Great unit. Very clean. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog. We have family in Tallahassee so this was a perfect location to stay during our visit. The only thing that was disappointing was the weird device mounted on the wall just inside the front entry. Several times it randomly announced that the door was open, closed, or locked and several times in the middle of the night waking us up. It also had a camera facing inside the apartment making us feel uncomfortable like we were being watched. I covered the camera during our stay but not sure if the audio was being monitored. This device should be removed immediately. We may be back to stay again, but only if the property owner removes the device with the camera. Otherwise it was comfortable and accommodating.

The device on the wall by the door is an alarm control panel. I'm not sure why it alerted you in the middle of the night, but we will have the service guy out to look into it. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.

Perfect for FSU parents!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay to visit our daughter for Family Weekend at FSU. Only 10 minutes from campus and a nice little escape from the craziness of college town! The space is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. We had a great time and look forward to renting this condo again!
