Spacious and homely two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, large open-plan dining & lounge and private outdoor terrace. Dual air conditioning and strong wifi throughout the property.

Master en suite bedroom includes double bed, bedside tables and lamps, TV and built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Second en suite bedroom includes two single beds, bedside table and lamp and built-in wardrobe.
Both bathrooms equipped with bath/shower, bidet and hair dryers.

Fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, gas hob and oven.
Large open-plan lounge with leather suite, double sofa bed and dining table comfortably seating 6 leads out to porch area, with additional dining table and chairs.

Large, private south-facing terrace (50sqm) with al fresco dining, four loungers and hammock. The complex has a large communal adult pool and separate children's pool within an enclosed private garden.

The property is conveniently located opposite a small shopping complex which includes supermarket, private clinic with GP, dentist, dermatologist, pharmacy (open late during summer months) and restaurant. Family golf park and tennis courts are located 2-5 minutes walking distance. The marina (with bars, coffee shops and restaurants) and shops located 8-10 minutes walk and 15-20 minutes to Falesia beach. There are seven magnificent golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive.
Faro airport is 25 km from the apartment.

Fatemeh’s apartment is in a good location for most things in Vilamoura. Quick walk to Marina area and restaurants. The apartment is huge and has everything you will need for any length of stay. The terrace has direct access to the pool area which is great.

Spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious, very big living room and outdoor patio. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. The pool and garden areas were lovely, with trees for shad. Location excellent.

Lovely apartment everything you need very clean fantastic patio and pool area very good. Would like to mention that the host Fatemeh was very helpful and made sure everything ran smooth should also mention that the taxi driver Fatemeh recommended Andre was always on time any time we needed him both lovely people.

My wife and 2 teenage daughters stayed here for a week in July. Apartment is spacious and clean, containing everything you could need for a very enjoyable summer holiday. Very large terrace which is exposed to the sun for most of the day and only yards from the pool area which never got too busy. 10 minute stroll to the marina where a large variety of restaurants catering for all needs can be found. Burger King across the road if thats your thing and mini market 100yds away ideal to buy supplies for making breakfast or lunch in the apartment.

Great apartment

The apartment was excellent, a real home from home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The gardens and pool area are well kept and the apartment is a short walk from a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant. Fatemeh arranged transfers to and from the airport for us and there was great communication from her. If we needed anything or to ask a question she was just a message away. There are plenty things to do in the area and there is a bus stop just outside the apartment. We will definitely be back again in the future.. Thank you!

FABULOUS!

We have stayed in Vilamoura now for the third time and this apartment and its location was by far the best! Spacious apartment with everything you need right by the pool. 5 minutes walk to marina and right beside a supermarket! Tennis courts facing the complex are fab and have a brilliant restaurant. Superb pizzas and pasta dishes. Walked into Quarteira one day which has lovely cafes, shops, fish market and fruit and veg market! The beach here is stunning too. Andrei was a complete gentleman and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing transfers. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. Thanks to Fatemeh for a first class experience.👍😊

Fantastic!!! A must for families, location and comfort!

We’ve stayed in several properties on the Algarve but this one beats them all. It’s a super handy location, with the marina just 5-7 mins walk away and an Intermarche on your doorstep. Car hire not required. The property is very spacious, comfortable, clean and has all the kitchen utensils you need in ample supply. Fatemah was fantastic with communication and organised taxis too. She’s great to deal with. The pool is amazing - great size and great for kids. The surrounding grounds are well kept and have purpose built sharing which was so good!! The ground floor location means instant access in and out of the property with a large outdoor space (including a hammock!). Lots of storage inside, air con is fab and isn’t noisy. Wi-Fi great and access to SMART tv. We will most certainly be back! Don’t hesitate to book this apartment. Thank you to Fatemah!

Recommend for family stay

We can not fault our stay. Great communication with the owner from the very start. She helped organise our transfers. The apartment had everything a young family would need. Next door to a supermarket and pharmacy/surgery and walking distance to local attractions (beach, harbour etc) Nice clean pool area, well maintained gardens, large private terrace. Amazing apartment in central location! Big and beautiful!

My parents, husband, 10 month old daughter, and I had a brilliant time at this apartment. Fatemeh was such a great person to deal with from booking right through until we checked out. She provided us with all the information we needed and also some information about where to visit, etc. The apartment is very spacious and located about 10 minutes from the marina. It is also next to Family Golf Park which we would recommend for all, such a good place to go. Fatemeh provided a cot for our baby girl and also a high chair. The apartment has a big living room and balcony. The balcony gets the sun from around noon until 7pm at the end of May/beginning of June. We would highly recommend this apartment, couldn't fault it! Thanks to Fatemeh for allowing us to stay in her beautiful apartment!

Wonderful apartment

Loved our stay, the apartment had everything. I especially loved the peaceful evenings on the large patio relaxing before bedtime. Fatemeh was very helpful and her recommend driver was an excellent bonus as we used him regularly to get about other locations. Easy to pay and full of local knowledge. Made our trip as we didn't want to drive this time. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Villamura.

Superb Apartment

The apartment is fantastic. Exactly as described in the details and by other reviewers. It is very spacious, well maintained and clean. Fatemeh is very helpful and a smoke alarm beeping from an expired battery was replaced very promptly. She was very easy to deal with throughout the booking process. My teenage son loved the hammock and was to be found lounging in there for most of the holiday. The very large patio has steps directly down to the pool area which has many trees for shade if required. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the marina but all very flat, and about 20 minutes to the beach, again all very flat so no hills to worry about on a hot day! There is a large shop with bakery (freshly baked croissants for breakfast!) virtually next door to the complex as is a very good restaurant which is a little cheaper than the ones at the marina. Very convenient if you don’t want to venture out far. I would advise you to use Andre for transport if you are not hiring a car. He was there at the airport to greet us and arrived very promptly to take us back. Nice to not have to worry if a taxi is available or will turn up when ordered. We had no issues with noise or other residents, all very peaceful despite being on the main road into Vilamoura. Overall I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Three of us had a great week in this lovely apartment which is in a superb location. A car was not needed, but we hired bicycles from Funbike and explored the surrounding area from Quarteira to Almancil to Loule through several small villages in the hills onto Boliqueime and back. Fantastic! It was so convenient being near the marina for going out in the evening - no queuing for taxis :-) Golfe Sol, Romarina, Natraj Indian, Restaurante Thai and Nosolo Italia were excellent eateries. Fatemeh was excellent in communicating with us throughout the booking process and was very prompt at dealing with a minor query that arose during our stay. The apartment has everything we needed and is in great condition with a lovely patio area and access to the pool. We can also recommend Andrei the transfer guy who was very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to returning again in the future, Frank, Veronica and Ian

Absolutely perfect

We stayed for 3 weeks and we discovered a beautiful apartment with everything you need. We had a very good contact with Fatemeh and she gave us all the required information before, during and after our vacations. The apartment is very wel located, close to the marina, and close to all accommodations we need(shop, restaurants, clinical,pharmacy) I really recommend this apartment ! We were 2 adults and 2kids during 3 weeks, we didn't found it small, it's really a big apartment and fully equipped! I found also the wifi with a high quality for people who couldn't disconnect from work ! We planned to come back for the next year. Perfect choice

The apartment is a delightful place. The large terrace, a lovely swimming pool in the sun and surprisingly, the rest in the complex are the trump cards. It is equipped like home, so no campsite conditions. With two full fledged bathrooms, the apartment is perfectly suitable for two couples or small families. Shops and the center of Vilamoura, the harbor and the beach are within walking distance.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. This was our first sun holiday with our 2 girls aged 6 & 3 & it went like a dream. We couldn't have asked for better... The apt was spotlessly clean & equipt with everything we could possibly need for for the week. Even the floats & woggles for the pool are provided. As for location it was superb...a supermarket next door for all you would need, the marina & beach are only a short stroll away. I would highly recommend staying here & as for Fatemeh & her attention to detail, she was in constant contact with us to ensure we had the perfect holiday. Nothing was any trouble for her & went out of her way to make sure we had a great holiday. I cant wait until next year as we will defo be returning to stay here again...exceptional... Even the transport to & from the airport was arranged & the driver took us & our luggage into the apartment.

I stayed at Fatemeh's apartment for 2 weeks with my husband and 11 year old twin boy and girl.Everything is very much as described on the website and the apartment lacked nothing in terms of facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. All the rooms are of a good size and having 2 good bathrooms is very convenient when 4 people are getting cleaned up in the evenings. The lovely pool and gardens are immediately adjacent to the large patio terrace which is ideal. The location is hard to beat with the resort centre/marina just a short stroll away. There is a supermarket,petrol station and bank next door and a bigger supermarket also nearby. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The numerous golf courses are less than a 5 minute drive away. Getting around in Vilamoura is very easy and safe. Fatemeh is very easy to deal with and provides a lot of extra practical information in addition to the website. If you don't hire a car take Fatemeh's option for airport transfers as Taxis will cost a lot more. Vilamoura is an excellent choice for a holiday with plenty to do for adults and children alike. The 2 beaches are excellent and very clean and safe.There is also Golf,Mini Golf,WaterParks and shopping on the marina. The pubs are nice and family friendly. There are multiple options for eating out with many restaurants on the marina and elsewhere.The standard is generally good.Our favourite is Abroa (simple but nice).It is behind the Marina not far from the Irish Cabin Pub. There are many other very good restaurants on the roads around Almancil,Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago all within a 20 minute drive or less. Our overall favourite is Don Giovanni's which is about a 12 minute drive from the apartment on the main road between Quarteira and Almancil. If you hire a car getting to other parts of the Algarve takes very little time and is simple as the motorway covers the entire area from east to west. Just be aware of the new tolls. Sometimes you have to wait two days and then pay in the Post Office which as it happens is also just a few hundred yards from the apartment. I would happily recommend Fatemeh's apartment and Vilamoura to family and friends. Ann
