Perfect Stay

Property was perfect in every way. It was very clean, comfortable and the beds were awesome. Everyone slept well. The location was absolutely perfect; within waking distance to most historical sites and great places to eat. There is also a parking garage within the same block. We will definitely rent again when we return to Philadelphia.

This was the quest trip ever. Walked in to a ruined apartment water stains everywhere in walls and carpets were ruined. Clothes left in the closet and trash under the couch. Tv stopped working the first night, shower curtain fell down and couldn’t go back up. Contacted the host and he just ignored me. Felt unsafe like we were being spied on in the shower. Then there’s the parking dilemma, 35 a night to park in the lot across the street. Stayed for five nights. Damn near walked everywhere because we didn’t wanna move to the car have to pay dirt parking again. Came with my family, would not recommend or book again. It was a complete failure in my part and was not worth the price

Good but with problems

This property was in a great location and it was generally clean. The beds were comfy and the towels smelt clean. The problem we had was with the leaks around the apartment. I first noticed that next to one bed the floor was crusty and wet on the carpet. There is a leak from the wall that couldn’t be ignored and it was black and disgusting. There were water stains all over the apartment on the ceiling and walls. It got really interesting when big bubbles of water collected over my bed and in the bedroom ceiling. See photos of all of this. The owner of course was aware that there are problems with leaks but never disclosed this or even pretended to address them. I was disappointed.
