About this property

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Mountain Cabin at 9,000 ft. elevation in Northern New Mexico which is 28 miles east of Taos, NM. Wooded lots, hiking, biking, fishing and sight-seeing along with tourist areas in Taos, Eagle Nest, Red River and Santa Fe to the south.

- Please "No Bonfires" in the fireplace! It will hold only 2 to 3 logs at a time. Please do not make a fire the night before you are scheduled to leave as the coals need to cool for the maintenance staff to clean. Please close the flue the day you are leaving.
- Do not put any food down the disposal. We are on a septic system.
- Take your trash to the city dumpsters on Halo Pines Road when you leave.
- No pets- we love the four-legged fur-babies, however our next guests might have allergies.
- We do not smoke and wish that you not smoke in or around our home. There will be a monetary charge if the staff finds any cigarette or cigar butts.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain retreat. There is a green belt right behind our home that leads to many hiking trails.
Skiing is just down the hill at the Angel Fire Resort.
Monte Verde Lake is 3 miles away to enjoy trout fishing and small watercraft on.
Red River and Eagle Nest are only 30 minutes away and you can enjoy greats eats and awesome shopping.
We hope that you are able to relax and enjoy this beautiful place.

Entrance access code and key information will be emailed or phoned to you 3 to 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Please return those keys in to the lock box located at the main entry when leaving.

New Year's Get Away

This was a great property. Even though the electricity went out on the first night for about 6 hours, my family still had a great time. The home was very clean and in a great location from the mountain. The owner was super nice and checked on us many times during the stay. We definitely made amazing family memories this trip. Thanks so much!

Great cabin with lots of room

Very fun stay. This cabin is roomy and charming. The owner was very accommodating and everything was ready for an early check in. You may want to have a pickup or four wheel drive vehicle in winter.

Great, quiet cabin nestled in nature, but close to everything.

Cabin was clean and inviting. Plenty of room. We brought four teenagers skiers and had plenty of room for a few more. Easy to lifts, very easy to the market, but away from any crowds. We didn't get the snow we wanted, but the location was beautiful anyway. Say hello to the deer for us when you see them.
