The location for this property is fantastic! Walking to uptown took about 10 minutes and provided us access to the many restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Property is beautiful and both suites (201 & 203) were clean and the "starter" toiletries and coffee pods ample for our 4 night stay. Host communications/responses were both clear and quick to respond. Walkable to Uptown Sedona. The only things I would have appreciated to have was much better lighting in both bathrooms for makeup application, a vanity stool or regular chair for dressing, as the seating areas in each had very comfortable, fashionable chairs, but neither were conducive to use to put on socks or shoes. Also a hook in 201 bathroom as there is no place to hang a bathrobe, especially if damp after wearing. I would definitely stay there again as far as cleanliness, property upkeep and reasonable pricing.

Issue with hallway smoke detector that required several calls to finally resolve. A lot of nearby construction that deterred from property. Lighting in bathroom needed to be brighter.Stay was overall quiet otherwise and place was fine.

Large, beautifully decorated suite with spectacular views located within walking distance from town. A microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, mugs, glasses, creamers for coffee and a corkscrew are available, but no plates or utensil. We had totake out the trash even though there was made service. We enjoyed using the fire pit one cool evening.Check-in time was an hour later than most VRBO rentals and check-out time was an hour earlier. We received numerous emails advising us that earlier or later check-in and check-out were available for &100 per hour, which we found annoying.
