Appreciated kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals in without having to pack a single utensil or pan. Putting them in the dishwasher overnight made our trip more focused on family than playing housekeeper. Great ambiance with the fireplace and lofted ceiling. Kids could play downstairs while mom and dad caught a movie in the living room. Would stay again.

This was my family’s first time staying at Spring Brook Resort, and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways.The location is incredibly convenient—close to many of the main attractions in the area, yet still peaceful enough to relax and enjoy quality time together. It made getting around so easy, especially for a family trip.The cabins were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for creating meaningful moments with loved ones. Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Property manager was easy to work with. As other reviews mention, some furniture is a bit worn down and some rooms are in need of fresh paint but that didn’t get in the way of our enjoyment.

Lovely home, slightly older than anticipated by the photos on line. Great place for a family gathering! The only negative comment is that the carpet going upstairs and down was not clean and looks like it needs replacing.Also, there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the house which seems quite conservative for 10 people!

Great spot for big group

Not easy to accommodate eight on a group trip. Berry Bear was perfect. Lots of bathrooms and space for everyone to do their own thing. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities.

DELLS GET AWAY

We had a wonderful time in this large property. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed the use of both the indoor and outdoor pool. We loved the back patio and fire pit. We liked having the pool table too.

Great layout

6 adults and 4 children. The layout was perfect as each family had their own space. And own bathrooms. The large two story great room is a great spot to relax and watch the fire.
