Relax in the living room, dining/family room, and a kitchen which opens to the family room w/breakfast bar for entertaining! Stunning large backyard ideal for relaxing & entertaining complete with Pergola patio, BBQ, lawn, and heated pool (No cost to heat the pool). Close to shopping, restaurants, and freeways! This home is ready for you to relax!
Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees through the colder months (November Through April) at no additional cost to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature might fall below 85 degrees.
There is weekly pool service, NOT daily. If vegetation falls into the swimming pool due to wind, we provide a pool vacuum and net.
Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
