Guests will also enjoy conveniences like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and essential kitchen tools.

Pink Sky offers three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms designed for both comfort and versatility:
King Bedroom 1 – Spacious and relaxing with a plush king bed
King Bedroom 2 – Comfortable king suite with coastal décor
Bunk Room – Unique queen-over-king bunk bed, perfect for kids, teens, or multi-family groups

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This layout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or friend groups.

🛁 Inspired Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms provide convenience for groups, offering a combination of tub/shower setups and fresh towels. Guests receive a starter supply of essential toiletries, including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Relax on the breezy porch with morning coffee, or cool off in the community pool, open from April through October for guest use. With the beach just around the corner and Isle of Palms County Park offering restrooms and seasonal lifeguards, outdoor enjoyment is easy and convenient. You’re also a short walk from shops, restaurants, and oceanfront bars.

🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, porch, and laundry. The neighborhood community pool is available to all community guests.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Arrival details, including parking instructions, will be provided ahead of time. Please note the home requires climbing stairs to access.

🎁 Beach Gear Credit
Stays of 3 to 21 nights include a Beach Gear Credit, allowing guests to rent bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, kayaks, paddleboards, and more—exclusively through IOP Escapes.

🧼 Linens & Starter Supplies

Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided. A starter supply of paper products and toiletries is included; guests may need to purchase additional items depending on the length of stay.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $750.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Fabulous vacay at Pink Sky!

Overall, this a terrific property. Super location, very short walk to beach, and convenient neighborhood pool. Home is very organized and clean.

We loved our family-friendly stay at Isle of Palms! The clean rooms, open floor plan, and nearby beach access made for a perfect week. We were excited to have access to a pool, but the ease of beach access meant we never even tried the pool, but it looked fantasticly neat and calm. The decor was the cherry on top. I loved the pops of pink throughout the house. Our boys loved the bunk beds!
