FABULOUS, CLEAN & Wonderful home that was built in the late 1800's with it's latest interior update taking place consistently. The first floor is an open concept with views from front to back. The Natural Sunlight System consist of 25+ windows and a 4'x 8' skylight. The neighborhood is 1 mile north of Hyde Park, the University of Chicago and 1 mile west of Lake Michigan. Plus it's just 3.5 miles from the McCormick Place Convention Center and 6.3 miles to Navy Pier. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

Reggie is an awesome host and the property is much more beautiful than the pics. Check in process was easy and he even accommodated a late check out. Decor was lovely house was very clean and spacious. Will def be staying again!

Fantastic Location in Chicago (Historic North Kenwood)

Fantastic location in Historic North Kenwood! Home is very well kept as the pictures indicate. House was equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, netflix, and most importantly in Chicago....out front parking!! Owner was extremely responsive and even accommodated an early check in. Our family of 5 were able to spend quality time with each other during the Thanksgiving holiday and had enough space to retreat to our own area as well. Formal dining area was very nice for Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely recommend this location and look forward to our next visit in Historic North Kenwood!

Very beautiful townhouse. Spacious. Lots of amenities. Excellent value for the room. Good if you don’t want to stay in downtown. Perfect place if you have a show at McCormick and you want to avoid traffic. About a $20 cab ride to downtown. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful well maintained house

Very beautiful, well maintained house. The master bed room is awesome. The second bathroom is between two guest bedrooms, very convenient. The floor, sunlight roof all add to the charm! Reggie was very friendly and very helpful. Promptly responded to messages. My sister ’s family stayed at another house, she complained their owner never replied!
