I loved this unit! I have stayed in several units at Brigadune and this is one of the top. I loved staying on the 3rd floor with the view of the beach and ocean. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! I have already booked this unit for December!

Best kept secret in Myrtle Beach

Everything was amazing from the condo to the location to the amazing ocean front view. This is my new vacation spot. I highly recommend!!

This is our second time staying at the Brigadune. Great location on the beach. Spotless. Condo has everything you could need. Thank you for your hospitality and reasonable rates to make memories with my family!

The building is clean and in a great location The condo has been nicely updated. My only recommendation for improvement would be to remodel the Master bathroom, the shower is small, we ended up showering in the secondary bathroom.We had an issue with the dryer, the condo owner was very quick to respond and sent a repair company over ASAP!

Perfect Place to Stay

This is my second time staying in this unit. I just love it. It is clean and updated. I love the Brigadune- it is landscaped nicely and the quiet beach location is the best. I have stayed at this building many times. This unit is definitely a favorite. The kitchen has everything you need and it is organized nicely. Great table on the balcony for eating outside and listening to the ocean. The only bad thing is that I had to leave! I wanted to stay forever. I cannot wait until I can get back there.

Mold and mildew

Reported mold and mildew to owner and VRBO. Sent them both pictures. Discovered it day before we were leaving. Owner texted to us that he was booked until end of October and could not get it fixed until Mid November. Three calls to VRBO and no response on compensation. What about renters before and after us. How many have been exposed. Tried to work it out on personal basis for a week with owner and VRBO. .We now are calling Horry County health department and seeking legal counsel. I am still experiencing difficulties breathing and constant cough. Hope mold was not in HVAC. Difficult dealing with an owner and VRBO who seem to have little or no concern over us or other renters.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. Everything has been updated and is beautiful. This is also one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in, and I am a clean freak. There is also plenty of storage in the kitchen for groceries, etc. The sofa and love seat in the living room are extremely comfortable. Such a gorgeous view even from the inside. The balcony has plenty of seating along with the beautiful view. The shower/wash off area by the beach is incredibly nice and plenty of room to leave your umbrella or wagon there while cleaning up. The pool and clean -up people were there every morning taking care of everything and keeping it neat and tidy as well as making sure the pool was ready for the day. This condo complex is located in a perfect area. About half way to Myrtle Beach and half way to North Myrtle. There is a short cut back way to the Tanger Outlets just up the road so you don’t have to get on the main road with all of the traffic. I will definitely seek out this condo for any future trips and will definitely recommend to anyone heading to that area. I had contact with the owner on a couple of occasions and she is extremely nice and wanted to be sure everything was going well. On a side note to the owner… the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom could do to be replaced. Both mattresses are extremely ‘creaky’, hard, lumpy and very uncomfortable. I would also suggest maybe some black out curtains in that bedroom as well. Since the window is to the outside hallway the lights are on all night and light up the room a little much during the night.

Condo on Myrtle Beach. This is a very nice Condo. Very clean, in a nice location, on the 3rd Floor with a beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach. The condo is nicely updated. Nice and private complex. They do have a pool and a wonderful beachfront. We will be coming back!

Almost perfect

Beautiful condo, master could use a little love though. Other than that, it was perfect. Kitchen was very well stocked (silverware, dishes, cookware), furniture was in wonderful condition, and the place was very clean (UNLIKE other reviews), the patio & furniture was the perfect place for breakfast and people watching.. The owner was super sweet, he called a few days before our arrival and said to let us know if we found any issues or if we had any problems. Unfortunately, the pool Was closed during our stay, so we did not get to enjoy that. The beach was clean and not crowded, the sunrises were spectacular. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This property is beautifully decorated with coastal touches and we enjoyed the spacious balcony. The oceanfront view was wide and amazing even from the third floor. We're hoping to stay at LazSeaDays again!

Property location was excellent. This could have been a better stay . I do an annual trip with my mom and grandmother. The floors,sink,cabinets, tables where dirty. Shower curtains mildew stains on both, and my grandmother fell out the patio chair. It appears they are all missing screws and they are ALL broken. I call the number listed on reservations several times and tried calling the cleaning crew and no one answered. The Evolve rental company finally answered and said the owner would contact me. Well, that NEVER happened and is been almost a week. So I purchased cleaning supplies and did my best. O yes, place needs dusting ans Cobb webs in edgy corner. Please read the other reviews..same problem with cleanliness of property!
