Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place garbage in blue trash bin on left side of house. On Thursday night roll bin to curb by mail box. Trash pick ip is Friday morning.

In winter put heater on 60 degrees. In summer put a/c on 80 degrees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great time at the Robin’s Nest! Our extended family enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was excellent at responding to messages when we had questions. Thank you!

My family and I fell in love with this home from the minute we stepped inside. It was perfect for my family of 5. The host Ms. Robin was very accommodating and helpful making sure all our needs were met. We are already planning our next trip.

We had such a nice, relaxing time here! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was picture perfect, and the pool was so much fun for the kids! Thank you so much Robin for opening your house to us!

Pros - the pool is great. The house is large and comfortable for a family, especially with the blow up beds and office space with daybed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Really nice master bathroom. Lots of space to eat, with dining room and kitchen table. Kitchen has plenty of appliances but needs a functioning can opener. Liked the remote controlled ceiling fans and lights. Tvs and internet are great. Location is good, close to stores and many restaurants.Cons - the steps are not accommodating to older people with mobility issues, neither are the toilets. Nice house for younger children and families but not for anyone wanting to have an older friends get away. Step UPS into the house from the garage and front entrance need to be addressed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were not well cleaned as I found a cheese wrapper in my bedroom and the shower head had mold on it. The AC upstairs was good but downstairs unit didn't cool well and then went out the last afternoon. Upstairs hall toilet was not functional, and the host did notify me of that a couple of hours before our arrival but I think with that and the AC problem we should have been offered a discount. The host did accommodate us coming in a bit early and leaving later. Although with the downstairs AC being out the last day, we didn't stay later the last morning.

If you look at the pictures, it shows there are stairs. I have had guests of all ages stay and all enjoyed their stay. I offered you to reschedule your stay or cancel and have your money refunded, as a last resort I gave you the option to stay and not use the guest toilet as it was Labor Day and was unable to have anyone come until Tuesday. You chose to stay. I actually stayed at the house the day after you left and it was not that uncomfortable down stairs since the upstairs air was running. Again Tuesday was the earliest I could get the a/c repaired. Both were taken care of Tuesday. I’m sorry your stay was that unpleasant, I should have canceled or reschedule your stay.

Perfect Oasis

There were 6 of us, family and friends, that all live in different states and was looking for a central location. We just wanted somewhere to hang and socialize. The back deck and pool were perfect! One area of the deck had very comfortable outdoor furniture that was under trees that provided much appreciated shade. We spent most of our time outside. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, the large dining room table was great for meals and games. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We will book here again for our next get together.

We came in town for a church conference and absolutely loved this home very convenient location very clean and one thing I loved was the art beautiful paintings in almost every room

I have owned my home in Maumelle for 30 years and have always loved this neighborhood. It is very safe and quiet.

What makes this property unique

The home is newly renovated and has many extras. Feel like your in a secluded place, the vacks yard with the pool is very relaxing. You are minutes away from dining, shopping or anything you want. Little Rock airport is only 20 minutes away, as well as the River market area, Little Rock zoo, Pinnacle Mountain. Whatever activity you choose it’s very near, then return to your bedroom community and relax at Robins’Nest.
