About this property

Motorsport Villa - 3 minute drive to Road America & 15 to Whistling Straits.

Beautifully appointed second floor villa in the Motorsport Villa complex just 1 mile from famous Road America. Short 15 minute drive to world famous Whistling Straits Golf course.

We are licensed by the State of Wisconsin to run a short term rental. To obtain this license we were inspected by the Sheboygan County Health and Safety Department and passed with flying colors! Please note our competitive nightly rates and lower cleaning fees.

We know you will enjoy the relaxed industrial decor. You will find two master bedrooms with King beds and adjoining bathrooms with large showers. For your convenience, we have added TV's in each bedroom equipped with cable. Luxury bedding and towels are provided.

We also have a full kitchen with all of the cooking utensils you need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. New gas stove, microwave and fridge. Just stop by the store on the way and you're set. If you want a break from cooking you will find Elkhart Lake has excellent restaurants. Why cook when you can eat out!

Enjoy relaxing in the comfy living room area and watch the large tv equipped with cable or use the high speed internet to catch up on things. You can also relax on the second story deck overlooking the golf course. We have spared no expense on the furnishings and decor. For your convenience we have provided coffee, water and tea service.

We have free parking next to our building.

Elkhart has a small town feel with upscale amenities.

Foodies, and aren't we all, will enjoy over 15 family owned eating establishments. From a quick bite at the beach to a gourmet meal. We have it all!

Our villa is a great place to hang with other car enthusiasts during race weekends. Our fellow owners at the Motorsport Villa Complex love fast cars. Be at the track in minutes and watch the car parade from our balcony.

For water lovers, Elkhart Lake is pristine with public beach access for a nominal fee. Rent water sport equipment from the local resorts. All of this within blocks of the Remley villa.

Athletes will love the great hiking trails in the Kettle Morraine forest that surrounds Elkhart Lake. Run or bike the winding hills on our local low traffic roads. We even have a triathlon every June. You can run, walk or bike around the Road America track every Monday and Wednesday evenings or take a stroll around town.

Golfers will love the numerous golf courses in the area. One across from our unit and Whistling Straits just 10 minutes away.

Enjoy the small shops and the Saturday morning farmer's market. For the more serious shoppers, visit Plymouth for antiques and crafts and Kohler for even more upscale shops.

Even though summer at the lake is glorious, Fall is equally splendid. We are surrounded by the Kettle Moraine Forrest so you can follow the Kettle Moraine trail through winding roads and view the gorgeous scenery. Stop and take a hike along the forest trails or check out local apple and pumpkin farms. All the beauty of more popular fall trails without the crowds .

Please note we limit occupy to 4 adults and our unit is not handicapped accessible.

We were in town for a race at Road America and this location was perfect! We were just a couple of minutes from the track, and also only a couple of minutes from the darling town of Elkhart Lake and its delicious restaurants. There were even hiking trails less than half a mile away. The rental was immaculate and well stocked, the owners responded super quickly the one time I had a question, and the beds were very comfortable!

Can’t say enough great things about this property. It was very close to Road America and was even better than the description. The unit was SPOTLESS and decorated beautifully. This property was perfect for my family as we attended the June MotoAmerica round at Road America. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The location is literally a couple minutes from the track. It was quiet there and our hosts were very easy to work with before, during and after our stay. Can't wait to come back next time!

A few friends and I stayed while attending an on track event at Road America. I would come back in a heartbeat. We usually stay at the Osthoff and we were looking for a change of scenery. The owners were very accommodating, stocked us with water, snacks, and coffee. The condo was amazing and well decorated for us fellow Corvette enthusiasts! 5 min from the track at most which made it easy to get up, get ready, and make it to the track without any hastle or worries. We hope to be regulars here!

Best place near the track

My son races in the road to Indy. Whenever we come to Road America we stay here. Way nicer than Ostoff. A true home away from home. I didn’t want to write this because I always want it available to us but the Remleys deserve two thumbs up!

Our family began visiting Elkhart Lake more than 40 years ago to enjoy the races at Road America. We continued that tradition by bringing our son every year to enjoy the lake. In 1995 we purchased a property and since retirement live here several months of the year. We built the villa to use the bottom garage area for storage and the upper level to rent to others to enjoy Elkhart Lake.

We live a short distance from the villa and will be available to assist you if the need arises.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable newly built villa. You will feel at home as soon as you arrive. Great unit for car enthusiast as our fellow owners love fast cars and many race during race weekends. Villa is 3 minutes from Road America. Golf lovers find world class golf courses, including Whistling Straights within a 1 to 15 minute drive.

Enjoy the 15+ restaurants in town and the beautiful lake. Small town atmosphere with upscale amenities!
