Welcome to Little Skipper at Summer Village, Unit #350! This modern 2-bedroom, well-appointed cottage is your ticket to a fun and relaxing getaway.

Open floor plans include three season porch, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home, including washer and dryer! Smart LED T.V in the living room and free internet/Wi-Fi. Climate controls include central AC, ceiling fans and electric heat for those occasional chilly nights!

The cottage features two bedrooms each with queen sized beds and a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room. The cottage is great for families with kids and comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

Resort amenities include community building with state-of-the-art fitness facility with sauna, computer room, great room, game room and video arcade. Outdoor amenities include heated adult swimming pool with hot tub, 2 family swimming pools (one is heated), tennis, bocce, pickleball, basketball courts, volleyball area and a baseball field.

Join in the fun at the pavilion, where events are held throughout the season, and let the kids loose on the large playground. Don’t feel like walking around the community? Let the trolley take you to everything Summer Village has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the 2 Gate FOBS and 2 Keys to the cottage to the Lockbox you retrieved them from to avoid fees.
Please wash all towels and sheets prior to leaving.
The community trash dumpster is to the right of the barn/office outside the gate. Please remove all trash and cardboard
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking- 2 vehicles are provided in designated area front of unit. Park on the plastic grids. Parking Pass must be displayed in car
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No fireworks and/or large gatherings.
