We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is excellent and centrally located in Rockaway Beach. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach in the mornings and easy walking into the main stretch of town to shop or eat out. The house had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The washer and dryer came in handy! The only thing I can recommend for the laundry situation is to bring your own dryer sheets or buy some because the host didn't provide any, but they did have detergent pods. The space was perfectly suited for a group of three men, but it would easily fit six of us if we brought our spouses. It was a bit warm during our stay, but we couldn't find the AC remote anywhere, so we settled with the ceiling fan. It was a great stay and we highly recommend it. We'll look here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!

Great house with plenty of amenities, privacy and a 3 minute walk to the beach. It's clean and decorated very nicely yet still feels comfy. This past weekend was our 2nd stay there. Will return again!

We enjoyed our stay, great location, 2 minutes to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked kitchen with new appliances and a really nice coffee maker. The house has a nice layout with high ceilings, open living room/dining area. Everything was clean and fresh.

We had a great stay! It is exactly three short blocks to the beach and that was amazing! Very convenient location to the rest of town too. We were able to bring our dog and he loved being with us at the house. The only two things that would have made it a little bit better is being able to stream from our devices to the TV (we like to watch a family movie together when we are on Vacation) but there were a ton of DVDs which was good (retro) and the other improvement would be a working and maintained grill. Unfortunately the grill was un-usable. Thanks for a great stay!

Fam weekend getaway

My husband, two small kids, and I had the best time at Katie’s place. We loved the living room, especially the cozy oversized armchair. The beds were comfy and the place was even decorated for the holidays! We would definitely stay again.

We loved the board games and that every one of us could sit at the table together. The kitchen set up and space was AMAZING. We made a few dishes and had everything within arms reach. Every person had a place to sleep and it was spacious but cozy at the same time! Absolutely wonderful stay and would LOVE to rebook in the future.
