This property sits on over an acre of land with the Suwannee River just steps away from the front porch, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. This house sleeps up to 6 people and has all the amenities plus more to make you feel right at home!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please place all USED sheets, pillowcases, duvets, and throw blankets in the washer.
Clean grill and utensils if used. Guests will be charged extra if cleaning crew has to clean it
If you noticed something you really liked and/or something we could have done better please leave us a personal note as well.
Make sure all outdoor games, furniture and kayaks are put away if used.

I like pina coladas and singing in the rain! But in all seriousness I enjoy the river and feel like it is a home away from home. I wanted property that captured the peace I get from going out on the water and share it with everyone else.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it was off the beaten path and in a quite location. And then I met George the neighbor, he is one amazing friendly human with a great personality! Wave at him if you see him next door.
What makes this property unique
This property was built by the original owners with everything in mind, from the cool hangout area to the lighting in every perfect spot. They used the trees they cut down on the property as the original flooring on this house. It is a unique hideaway with the Suwannee River just steps from the front porch.
