We had the best time for my birthday weekend. Ashley even set up surprise birthday decorations and cupcakes. The home was perfect for the family. We had deer and turkey come into the yard, it was so cool! Ashley is an amazing she answered all questions very promptly she went over and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. Words can't describe how awesome our stay was! The cabin looks professionally decorated. The amenities were on point! The property is well lit and very clean. The property is very well thought out. We did not need anything. Besides food (obviously) the cabin was VERY WELL supplied. All the essentials were provided. As for our host.... I can't tell you enough how nice and genuine these folks are. I told Ashley what my plans were while we were in the area. Ashley went out of her way to make our stay rememberable! I unfortunately lost my phone in the river. I told her about it, long story short it was recovered from someone she knows. It's now being shipped to my home. These people are the best. I appreciate them opening up there cabin for us to use. I can't wait for our next river trip. We will be coming back soon and often! 10 out of 10 I recommend!

The cabin is well fitted and is very comfortable. The interior decoration is very interesting and pleasing. Equipment is as described and all in excellent condition. Very good location, within 30 minutes of most of the springs.It was pleasure to communicate with Ashley. I certainly recommend this cabin for your stay.

I'm born and raised from Jacksonville, Fl and I have lived in Branford, Suwannee County for 15 years. I've always been in the hospitality industry and I enjoy hosting. I've been a property manager for the last 6 years helping other hosts grow and develop their short-term vacation rentals.

Why they chose this property

I moved to the area because of the freshwater springs and access for snorkeling and diving. The neighborhood Three Rivers Estates is centrally located to so many state and private parks that offer access to the rivers and freshwater springs. With just a short drive you can be swimming in fresh clear water, snorkeling with the turtles, and paddle boarding right along side manatees.

What makes this property unique

The Rustic River Cabin is set on 2 acres right across from the Santa Fe River and just a short drive to multiple boat ramps, freshwater springs, state parks, and nature trails.
