About the host

Host profile image
I am a retired chef, restaurant owner and wine sommlier. Hospitality is an art and passion for me.

Why they chose this property

The Luberon is simply, magically beautiful. It attracts artisans and artists alike because of the fulfilling quality of life. The weather is some of the best in the world. It is an agricultural area producing all of its own produce, cheeses, meat, wine and flour. It must be seened to be fully appreciated.

What makes this property unique

I renovated this antique medieval stone house for 3 years to carefully preserve its' architectural Provençal heritage while adding all new electrics, plumbing and windows- medieval houses did not have many windows and what they did have were very small. It is in the center of a beautiful medieval village with winding ancient streets once traveled by the Romans. Its location in the center of the Luberon gives access to all the best of the region within minutes. Its 2 balconies, 2 terraces and a small garden are unusual for a village house of this age. I think you will fall in love with it like I have!
