We had a great time at Blue River Flats. The management team provided us with everything we needed before, during, and checking out of our stay. Communication was prompt. The place was awesome and we utilized the desk setup for working a few of the days. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside of staying here was that the noise from the roadway outside was louder than expected. However we were so tired from our daily activities that it did not wake us up at night. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful unit, a bit noisy with windows open

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is hands down the best furnished (the kitchen is better equipped than our home's) property I've stayed at. Super high end finishes everywhere you look and just a few hundred yards from the Blue River Trail. All the windows and slider provide a mountain view, but between you and the mountains is the highway. This property is just past the last stoplight in town and near lots of crossroads. What This means is that people aren't just driving by, many are accelerating. The windows and door are very high quality, so when they're closed, it's not really noticeable. When they're open, it is. No matter, this is a beautiful property that is well-situated and we had a GREAT stay.
