The heated pool was a hit with the kids. Option to dine outside or in was nice. Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was a key to our picking this home, which worked out really well for our group of 6. This property is centrally located and a great place to walk from.

Beautiful property exactly as advertised. Great location between Islamorada and Marathon, plenty of near by options for activities and dining. Private gated neighborhood, nice and quiet. The backyard is lovely and feels very secluded. The house had everything we needed, all beds were very comfortable. The host was so easy to communicate with and made sure we truly felt welcomed. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and we slept so good! We loved the pool, and the pool was heated perfectly! Melissa answered me back as soon as I asked a question. We are going to be back to stay again and I recommend staying here!

This villa exceeded our expectations. All the bedrooms have king size beds and there is a 3/4 bath on the first floor which was unexpected and perfect as all the couples had there own bathroom. Melissa was very fast to respond to some issues (smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms needed batteries) and maintenance was there within the hour. The pool was heated and very private. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

We were the first guests to this villa, Fantastic villa great service from the host and swift response to messages. Amazing location, very clean and tidy, great furniture. Amazing private pool deck. My only negative would be the aircon is very very noisy in the master bedroom. To sum up. Amazing
