Peaceful and convenient location

This apartment has amazing panoramic views of the Chugach mountain range. It’s a quiet location on a peaceful woodsy lot, yet conveniently five minutes from the center of Wasilla with quick access to restaurants, shopping centers and highway access.
In the two bedrooms are a queen and single bed, therefore, most comfortably suited for three guests but could accommodate a fourth on the couch or air mattress on request.
Washer and drier are located in the apartment with fragrance-free detergent provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and drip coffee pot.
Apartment has private, upstairs entrance. Plenty of parking.
We have occasional visits from moose passing through the yard and regular visits from the neighborhood bald eagle in our tallest backyard tree, and chickens in the coop.
