Sandy Beach Cottage sleeps 8. Lots of golf courses near by.
This cottage will comfortably sleep 8 adults with 3 full bathrooms. Lots of golf courses nearby. Just a short drive to the seafood capital, Calabash. It is located 1.3 miles from a NC Wildlife boat launch. If you have your own boat, there is plenty of room to park at the cottage. This cottage is located 1.8 miles to the OIB Pier which also has a beach access. The cottage is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood which allows for privacy.
There is plenty of paved parking and a carport that can be used to park a vehicle.
As you enter the cottage there is a sun room with a full size couch that includes recliners. Also in this room is a 50" smart tv.
The family room and kitchen are in one large area of the cottage. Included is a dining table that can seat six, four bar stools to eat at the bar and two side chairs.
Kitchen has granite counter tops, microwave above the stove, a glass top stove/oven with a warming drawer and a dishwasher.
The front bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom and a small window seat.
Beyond the kitchen is a full bath and two bedrooms. Each with a queen bed.
In the hallway is the laundry closet that has a full size washer and dryer. Clothes detergent is provided.
Down the hall is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. This room has a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck. This room has another separate entrance to the house under the carport.
There is a large front porch with ceiling fans and two separate seating areas.
The cottage has an outside shower to use when you come back from a day at the beach.
There is also a seashell garden in the front yard.

I have been coming to OIB since I was in elementary school. The entire time I have stayed in Shangrila. It's a great family oriented and quiet neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
My grandparents and parents owned a home in this neighborhood. When the opportunity came for me to own a home here, I did not hesitate to buy this home.
What makes this property unique
This home stands out because it has been totally remodeled. It is now bright and colorful inside. This home has a large dining area with a table that can seat 6 and a bar that can seat 4.
