Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of our ‘Blue Dolphin Villa’, nestled in the prestigious West End of Ocean Isle Beach. Our villa is a stone’s throw away from an array of golf courses and the renowned OIB Pier, a haven for fishing enthusiasts.

Our expansive 1800 square foot villa, adorned with nine-foot ceilings, comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests across four bedrooms, each boasting a private bath. The villa’s decor is accentuated with a cozy beach ambiance.

Priority is given to renters who book Saturday to Saturday during the high summer season.

Your comfort is our priority. Each bedroom is furnished with top-of-the-line mattresses and ample closet and dresser space. The master suite features a king-size bed, 40" flat-screen Smart TV, and elegant antique furniture. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are tastefully decorated and each has its own private full bathroom.

Our fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. The kitchen table seats eight, and additional seating for four is available at the bar area. The family room offers ample seating with a couch, love seat, and two swivel chairs, complemented by a wall-mounted 50" flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Step out onto the deck to enjoy outdoor seating with a custom-built picnic table and four deck chairs. Enjoy views of a lagoon and the Inter-Coastal Waterway to the west while watching turtles swim in the lagoon. The area is a habitat for egrets and blue herons who frequent the coast.

Parking is available for up to four cars.

Our villa is conveniently located closest to the public beach access walkway, making your walk to the beach (less than 200 yards) as short as possible. As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the Islander Resort Beach Club within walking distance from . Bask in the sun by the oceanfront pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy a refreshing drink at the Tipsy Turtle Bar.

Our Villa is strategically located between Myrtle Beach, SC and historic Wilmington, NC. Explore attractions like The Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach in Myrtle Beach or take tours of The USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial and explore the quaint historic district with shops and fine dining in Wilmington.

Perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Plenty of room to have your own space without feeling crowded. Posting was completely accurate. Jolene was a pleasure to work with. Great location & helpful host. The kitchen was well equipped and all the rooms worked well for our group of five. Short walk to the beach and the pool was a short drive or walk away. Parking was convenient and covered.I think other neighbors were using the trash and recycle bins designated for our unit but they were emptied twice a week so it worked out.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and all activities OIB had to offer. We enjoyed spacious bedrooms and back deck for turtle watching. Everything we needed was available. We had plenty of parking also. We did not know prior to booking there would be people staying above us which is fine but they were very noisy. Host was amazing to communicate with. Would stay again! The local restaurants were a big hit.

Our stay was amazing! The pool and clubhouse is just down the road and was impeccable! We met so many nice people! The beach was right next to it!!! We rented golf carts and it worked perfectly! The house was very clean and the layout was great (we had a 1 yr old with us). Would stay there again for sure!!!

It was everything we needed for our extended family. Enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Location was great to beach access and not far from the Beach Club. And the little pond in the back with all the turtles was heaven. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Games were great too and plenty of seating in den area. Great Vacation at OIB

We had a great vacation this year at OIB. The condo we stayed at was very nice. We were very close to the beach, only a short walk away. Everything at the condo was in good condition and we did not have any issues come up with the property. The owners of the property were very good to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jolene was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. We arrived right after a tropical storm passed through and she stayed in communication with me in the days leading up to my stay to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great Layout

Lots of turtles to watch from the balcony. You should see the Museum on second street. If you are playing put-put golf you can park at the pier for free. Our hosts were very nice.

Great Beach Vibes

Jolene was such a gracious host and very attentive to our needs. Her place was beautifully decorated with a great beach vibe all throughout the place. It was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed and I may mention that it was spotless when we arrived. The beach access was within walking distance we did not even need to rent a golf cart. Would definitely rent again when my family gets together.

Recharged at the beach

We had a great few days at the beach. Our stay was very comfortable and the condo was great. The unit was very clean with a wonderful layout and great access to the beach. The back deck overlooks a retention pond with a fountain and is so relaxing to sit out there in the morning with coffee. The unit was very well appointed and my interactions with our host were great. Just a great experience all around. We would definitely stay there again.

Grear stay despite Tropical storm Debby!

Property was excellent. Very clean and met all of our needs (two grandparents, adult son and 2 grandsons ages 9 and 11). Unfortunately the weather was pretty awful the entire week (Tropical storm "Debby") but we were very fortunate that we were staying just one block from other family and friends so we had a blast. We absolutely loved this property and the location. There was plenty of space for all of us (5 kids, 4 adults) and the place had everything we needed. We cooked at the house several times and the kitchen was very well stocked. The convenience to the pool was great and we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. We took a trip to Myrtle one day to see a show and do some shopping and the drive wasn't bad at all. The owners were absolutely wonderful and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we'll definitely look at renting this property again in the future.

This is a very nice property with everything we needed. Very clean, nicely furnished and short walk to beach and pool. We exercised as a family under condo several mornings and it felt so good with the ocean breeze. We played pickle ball, visited pool, rode our bikes to coffee shop several days. We hated it to be over. We had our adult children and their families, 6 adults, 1 teen and 4 small kiddos. Jolene was a pleasure to work with and she always responded when i had a question. We hope to stay again sooner than later.

Amazing Condo! Felt like home

Hands down the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The condo was very clean and fully equipped. It has a full size washer and dryer which is amazing when you have five kids. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to all questions we had. It is conveniently located two streets over from the beach on a very quiet street. The fridge was large and had a working ice machine. I can’t say enough about how nice this condo is. Definitely recommend!
