This beautiful 700 SF Key West style bungalow located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach features original pine wooden floors, 2 spacious bedrooms with split floor plan. Perfect for two couples traveling together that want privacy. A fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer and a lush tropical garden.

Fire-pit in backyard with comfortable seating perfect for sipping wine and chatting or roasting marshmallows with the family. The curated furniture pieces provides the house with a charming feel similar to what you would experience in a boutique hotel.

Conference at the convention center

We enjoyed the property very much! It was clean, comfortable and had a private backyard. It was also within walking distance to the convention center We would definitely stay there again

Had to leave because of an emergency with our group.

It was not what i had expected from the photo. Area a bit old and looking like a redevelopment happening in the area This place needs to keep up with what happening around that area.

Pet friendly

We had to get a place to stay when our sailboat was out of the water for maintenance. The location was wonderful. We have 2 small dogs and a cockatoo. The host was gracious enough to let us rent the property and let us extend a night as our boat launch was delayed a day. The water pressure in the shower is impressive to put it mildly. Really helps get that yard dirt and dust off. Only reason for 4 starts is the road noise but for us on a boat we have gotten very used to NO traffic noise so.... A great place to stayband we would definitely consider this location again for our next boatyard cycle in 2 years if it is available.

Moldy smell

As soon as we walked in the door the moldy mildewy smell was overpowering. We ran the AC for 30 minutes but it didn’t help. We left the property 45 minutes after arriving and did not return.

Pet Friendly Cottage

The cottage is located on a busy main road, but it is nearby many attractions. We enjoyed riding bikes along the intracoastal, on Palm Beach and to City Place. The bedrooms are private, which is convenient if you are traveling with someone other than family. We spent a lot of time in the backyard grilling and relaxing. We travelled with our small dog and frequently visited the dog park across the street at Howard Park. There are many delicious restaurants in the area, and we often walked to Grandview Public Market for dinner. The market has many food vendors to choose from, and has live music on the weekends. The outdoor area is pet friendly. There is coffee shop that opens early, and a gym with spin and barre classes. The closest beach on Palm Beach island is about 10 minutes away, but parking is $10 per hour. Juno Beach is a 25 minute drive and offers free parking. Peanut Island is about 15 minutes away and accessible by water taxi. Blue Heron Bridge offers great diving and is a 20 minute drive away. Angella, the property manager, was always prompt in her response if we had any needs. We reccomend staying at this cottage if you are visiting the West Palm Beach area.

Bugs, parking issues, traffic noise

The property is in an old neighborhood. Finding parking and getting in and out the parking space is very tight and a challenge when leavingbthe house. The house is not the best layout. Dead bugs on the floor, and I have pics. Bugs flying over my face in bed. The road traffic, sirens, garbage trucks, etc was unbearable at times. The refrigerator light was broken. The bathtub is dangerously slippery and needs a rubber mat. I fell down out of the tub onto the floor and nearly killed myself. This is not a joke. The entire shower curtain came down when I fell. The best part was laundry room. Would not recommend to others and would not return. This is an accurate assessment.

Magical Cottage

Lovely stay. The moment you stepped inside you felt relax. Such a calm about the space. Super clean, nicely decorated and have everything you would need for a perfect vacation. Would absolutely stay again.

Cozy cottage. Has all the amenities you need. Convenient walk to the convention center, which is why we were there. It was nice not to have to deal with the parking at the convention center. One bedroom is on the front of the house & the road is pretty busy, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs, but it really isn’t that big of a deal. Overall very comfortable.

Private cottage walking distance to City Place & Grand view Public Market. Complimentary bikes provided to bike to beach and enjoy all the splendor of Palm Beach Island. This property provides a true escape and a must for an amazing vacation.

What makes this property unique

I really love how close this property is to downtown West Palm Beach and the intra coastal. Its about a 20 minute walk to cute downtown cafes and shopping. Also a quick bike ride to the intra coastal great for watching the fireworks on July 4th or walking to the green market on Saturday morning. Its a daily treat living in this home.

Just two blocks to the newly opened Grand view Public Market & The Warehouse District. Grandview Market is a culinary marketplace filled with amazing food. Such has organic acai breakfast bowls, cold pressed juices, best fried chicken, tacos, ice cream, Detroit style pizza, fresh Hawaiian poke, freshly brewed coffee and a craft cocktail bar plus a full service butcher offering pasture raised meats and fresh made sausage. Also night Farmers Market every Wednesday, Wine tasting every Thursday and live Reggae Music Sunday evenings.
