Steps to Beach, Pond View Ocean Park Meadows Condo with AC + Pool, Gym, Tennis

You will feel like you are at a resort in this 2 bedroom, renovated townhouse which overlooks a lily pond with fountains and night-lit bridges. A short 4-minute stroll through beautifully landscaped gardens and you will be welcomed by a gorgeous 7-mile sandy beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and a cart so you can easily enjoy the day at this quieter part of the beach.

As a guest of the 10 acre Ocean Park Meadows townhouse complex, your children may want to play in the outdoor saltwater pool while you lounge in the comfortable chairs and under the shade of the umbrellas. You may want to work out in the gym, enjoy a sauna, relax by the gas fireplace in the clubhouse or play unlimited tennis.

This second and third-floor townhouse is peaceful with no one above you. The main floor has a clean and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your meals. The open concept first floor has a dining room, a convenient bathroom and relaxing living room. Enjoy the large flat screen TV. Dine inside or BBQ and dine on the scenic deck while the water fountains sound relaxes you. Enjoy the water view from every air-conditioned room.

The upper level has a large master bedroom, a full luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful second bedroom.

Even with children, you can walk or bike to a large variety of restaurants, the amusement park, mini golf, arcades, beach shops, ice cream parlors and more. A short car ride and you have even more restaurant choices, golf courses, water sports, parasailing and so much shopping.

Please note that rentals are Saturday to Saturday stays and must always be in multiples of 7 days.

Great family week

We had a fantastic week at Old Orchard Beach! The unit was perfect for our family and we loved having dinner on the deck with a gorgeous view. Our host, Ruth, was super responsive- we had trouble with the coffee maker, and she delivered a new one for us before the end of the day. A very short walk to the beach, and we ended most of our days with a dip in the pool! Highly recommend!

Perfect house and location

We had the best vacation and loved the house. From its size for a family of 3, the amenities in the house and on the property, its cleanliness and location. It was exactly as described and photographed and the owner was always quick to answer questions before our stay and made sure we knew she would be available during our stay as well. We didn't need a thing as it was all there and laid out for us and everything worked, etc, It was so nice to not have to pack linens or beach chairs, etc. She really thought everything through to be sure that her guests would have a great, comfortable time. We are looking forward to making this a place and house that we book again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Beach vacation

We had a great time at this condo. My son loved the books and board games at the house. It was a quick walk to the beach, and a mile walk to the boardwalk/amusement park. On days we wanted a change of pace, it’s an easy 1/2 hour drive north to Portland or 45 min south to the Kittery Outlets.

Lovely, relaxing home close to beach and pool

My family and I spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home on a peaceful picturesque pond! It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and even fewer to the pool. The house was bright and cheerful, spotless and beautifully decorated. It also comes equipped with all the latest technology and equipment you'll need for your stay. We especially enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners out on the deck overlooking the pond, listening to the soothing sounds of the fountain and watching the birds. My kids adored the nearby pool, and we also enjoyed the tennis courts and gym, all just a few moments stroll away. We really appreciated how quiet and peaceful this location is. Also, the owners were warm, welcoming and highly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. All in all, I would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Great spot!

We had a wonderful week in this great spot. The place is beautiful, loved having our meals outdoors on the deck overlooking the pond. Easy walk to the beach and so convenient to have a beach cart and chairs to use already there! We will definitely look into booking here again! Thank you Henrike!

We looked for over a year to find the property that met all of our requirements: near the ocean, pond view, private community, tennis, near everything but at the same time away from the crowds. We believe that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

As our guests have stated, it has everything you need for your vacation. Steps to the beach, salt water pool, clubhouse and more. OOB has so many restaurants, shops and fund things to do. This unit is exceptionally cleaned and professionally decorated. Beds are top of the line comfortable. Extra efforts are made to have healthy guests. This is a relaxing and beautiful property
