The property it's 15 minutes away from the airport, 12 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes away from Cancun's main avenues.

The space

The accommodation is an apartment in a property with private security, with 2 bedrooms with room for 6 people comfortably. The first room can have a king size bed or two single ones as requested by the guests. There are 2 bathrooms, with all essentials (soap, shampoo and towels) and, in case that you forgot some personal hygiene products, there are some toileries available upon request.
You'll have a kitchenette with fridge, a microwave, a toaster and of course dishes, to have dinner in the lovely roofed dining area in the patio. The first room has its own fridge and microwave, as well as a small breakfast table.

Guest access

You can hang out at the little park next to the property or the bigger park across the street, where there's a basketball court and a playground. We also have a basketball and a football available upon request.

We welcome our guests personally at the check-in, and while we are available to solve doubts, listen to suggestions, and anything we can help you with, we respect your privacy.

The neighborhood

The property is locates Cancún, Q.R., Mexico, in a very central residential neighborhood with private security and with three grocery stores, drugstores, a doctor, ATM, restaurants, a café, a bar and a food truck park within walking distance (13 minutes). Also, we are located in the area where food deliveries are made, so you can order pizza, sushi and mexican antojitos without a problem.
The Hotel Zone is as close as 8 minutes by car, the nearest beach is 12 minutes away and the Party Center, 20 minutes. Downtown it's only 12 minutes away and the airport, 15 minutes away.

Getting around

You can walk to get almost everything you need (groceries, medicines, doctor). If you need to go to the Hotel Zone or Downtown, you can walk to the bus stop or call an Uber.
To get to the airport, you can take the bus or call a radio taxi or uber to go to the ADO (bus station) and take the shuttle there. It's the same if you wanna go to Playa del Carmen, Merida, Tulum, etc.
If you have a car, moving from here is very easy, since we are located a minute away from the Cancun-Tulum highway, and 3 minutes away from the Tulum Avenue (downtown's main avenue).
