Niagara Falls Stylish and Clean Boutique Apartment
Stylish Downtown Apartment!
This comfortable apartment is perfect for couples, friends and small families. Open concept, clean, and renovated from top to bottom. Inside is comfortable, clean and professionally decorated. The outside features a private back deck, perfect for a little getaway or staycation.. (We have taken extra precautions with the cleaning of surfaces and linens throughout the home. We have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests!)
The house is well located and walkable to the GO transit station. Walk or drive to great local restaurants and attractions. After a day of sight-seeing, unwind in the comfortable open concept living room or relax on the back deck sipping your favourite Niagara wines!
The entire main floor is yours, parking as well as a private back deck.
While we do like to meet guests upon arrival, further interaction is up to you. We are always available if you need anything, but otherwise we will let you enjoy yourselves without interruption.
We are located in a quiet and mature neighbourhood, less than one block away from popular Queen Street, you are in the prime location to take in a live band, challenge yourselves in an Escape Room, or dine at some of the best restaurants in Niagara Falls!
The apartment is just 2 kilometres from Clifton Hill. From there, you can walk down `The Hill` and experience the the world famous `American Falls`, `Bridal Veil Falls` and of course, the unrivaled `Horseshoe Falls`. We recommend driving or taking the bus to the general area of the attractions and parking in one of the many all-day lots.
This is the main floor of a duplex. There is another Airbnb suite on the second level. It is entirely separate from this unit.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house.
Absolutely no parties.
Quiet time from 10 PM to 9 am.
We have neighbors, please respect their enjoyment of their properties.
Please leave the home in the condition you found it!!
No pets.
Please park to allow another car to park beside you for the other unit.

Decor was lovely. We had everything we needed in the house. Overall rating a 4-1/2 because (1) the bed was not comfortable (no support and it sank in the middle); and (2) no attention was given to cleaning up the deck off the kitchen. Comfortable outside space is important to us. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
