Cute Casa with Garden near Castiglioncello & Rosignano

Great communication with Sandra, very hospirable and kind, the casa is a cute little place between Castiglioncello and Rosignano with plenty of space. Right by the train so you can hear it at night FYI, there is a bridge to access the Main Street that goes over the train. Felt very safe in this area, just walked everywhere which took a toll on our legs 😂 Also be sure to know there is no Wi-Fi here so you must walk to the library 20mins away to access WiFi connection. This was inconvenient but communicated to us upon arrival.

Het appartement zag er prima uit, alles zit er in. De locatie is top: alles is op loopafstand. De eigenaar is ontzettend behulpzaam. Een fijne wijk. Kortom; voor herhaling vatbaar!

Appartamento seminterrato. Ampia sala con due divani letto, grande tavolo e tv. Due camere matrimoniali e due letti a castello nel disimpegno che porta al bagno. Spazio anche all'aperto con un tavolo e sedie dove poter pranzare. Essendo un seminterrato si sente abbastanza tutto quello che succede sopra. Parcheggio in strada abbastanza comodo. A luglio e agosto serve un pass che viene rilasciato dal comune.

Sandra et Roberto (nos hôtes) sont 2 personnes très sympathiques et très gentils! Merci à eux! Castiglioncello est bien situé et on peut y faire plein de choses! La Toscane est belle et accueillante ! Nous aimons toujours y revenir!

Breve vacanza di luglio. Siamo stati benissimo, casa molto fresca dotata comunque di condizionatori. Un pochino di umidità ma sinceramente non si percepisce nella quotidianità. Ottima posizione, consigliata per chi vuole essere vicino al mare e alla pineta, poco distante il centro città. Accoglienza buona, proprietari disponibili per tutto. Sicuramente non mancherò di ritornare.

Ottimo soggiorno

Avevo scelto questa casa sia per la posizione che per il prezzo veramente fuori mercato (molto conveniente per una persona in un appartamento che ne può ospitare sei) e sono rimasto proprio soddisfatto di un appartamento semplice, fresco e dotato di tutto quanto il necessario per chi voglia passare delle belle giornate al mare. Inoltre la disponibilità di Sandra, suo marito Roberto e dell'amica Mina che mi ha ricevuto all'arrivo è stata esemplare per qualsiasi esigenza che mi è capitata. Già prima che arrivassi in fase di prenotazione Sandra mi ha fornito, non richiesti, numerosi ragguagli riguardo alla zona e agli eventi in corso (eccezionale la sagra del pesce, grazie!). Inoltre nel periodo di loro assenza ho avuto a disposizione anche la parte del loro fioritissimo giardino in aggiunta a quella, per me gia piu che sufficiente, facente parte dell'appartamento. Mi sono pure permesso di rubacchiare qualche erba aromatica per cucinare :D. Dovessi tornare qui in vacanza sceglierei sicuramente questa casa. Grazie ancora Sandra e Roberto

Schöne ruhige Einrichtung, nah zum Strand

Wir haben mit Familie 1 Woche in dieser Einrichtung verbracht. Zum Strand ist die 3-5 min entfernt (Fußweg). Zum Supermarket ~ 8 min. Insgesamt sehr gute Eindruck. Klima war auch sehr hilfreich. Die Eigentümerin ist nette ruhige Frau mit ihre Familie. Die Strand in der Stadt sind allerdings im Aug überfüllt. Deswegen müssten wir zu einem "wildem" Strand - 15 min fahren. Parking auf die Straße ist in Jul-Aug nur mit speziellen Ausweis möglich - müsste ich auf die benachbarte Straße parken. Meistens findet man da ein Platz. WiFi gab bei uns auch - man braucht aber ein spezielles Gerät dafür (kriegt man von die Besitzerin)

L'appartamento è ben areato, ogni vano è dotato di finestra, sono anche presenti condizionatori di aria nelle due camere matrimoniali e nel soggiorno che forniscono aria calda, fredda oppure deumidificano gli ambienti in base al clima della stagione e alle esigenze individuali.

Semplice, curato -magari il bagno si potrebbe ristrutturare-, ma prezzo adeguato. Posizione comoda, sia per il mare che per uscire velocemente dal paese. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Molti fiori. Poche zanzare (se ci fossero le zanzariere ancora meglio). Insomma, tutto ok. Grazie

vi ringraziamo del consiglio. Abbiamo ristrutturato la doccia e sostituita con una più spaziosa e sostituito anche i mobiletti del bagno, per un look più fresco. Presto saranno disponibili le nuove foto.
