Upon your arrival, I personally visited the property to walk through it with you, as it is under new ownership with a long history of consistent five-star reviews. When you mentioned the pillows were not to your preference, I immediately purchased four new pillows in two different styles so you and your wife could choose what felt most comfortable. At your request, I also relocated the Euro shams and patio stools to create more space in the condo. You kindly thanked us for the prompt attention. During the remainder of your stay, the only additional communication was regarding the vacuum charger location, which we responded to right away. No further concerns or struggles were expressed during your month with us or to VRBO, per their records. For future guests, please know the home was thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival, including the patio (especially important in our desert environment). The condo features a comfortable king bed, new rugs and throws, quality dishware, and planned flooring updates. It is located in a quiet, established Indian Wells community — one of the true hidden gems of the area — with a private patio offering beautiful mountain views.
