Coffee - We love coffee, and know that it is an important part of your day! We offer the following coffee machines in the home:

- Cusinart Drip, Keurig Pods + Nespresso [original] pods.

- We provide several types of Keurig pods and should be enough for multiple days.

- We provide 10-12 Nespresso pods. You will need to order more if this is your preference.

- If you prefer drip, please bring coffee and filters.

[Note: there may be some coffee and/or filters left from previous guests].

- Breville Espresso Machine with steam wand.

- You will need to bring your own espresso.

- We do provide a grinder.



Guest Access:

Full access to all rooms and amenities except for cleaners' closets.

• Car Recommended – Free parking for 2–3 cars in gravel area

• Rideshare Friendly – Uber and Lyft are quick and easy

• Bike & Scooter Rentals – Available nearby for exploring SoCo and downtown

• Airport – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is about 15 minutes away

• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM

• No pets, no parties/events (violations = immediate termination)

• Pool heating available for a fee

• Exterior security cameras for safety

• Parking: gravel area for 2–3 cars (do not use left driveway)

• Guests must be 23+ to book
